You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts to use our services. If you are using our services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

The names "Rotavision", "Vishwas", "Guardian", "Dastavez", "Sankalp", "Orchestrate", "Gati", "Vidhi", "Kavach", and "Antariksh" are trademarks of Rotavision Consulting Private Limited.

6. Confidentiality

Any non-public information shared between parties in the course of using our services shall be treated as confidential and shall not be disclosed to third parties without prior written consent, except as required by law.

7. Data Protection

Our collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to our data practices as described therein.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

While our AI governance tools are designed to help identify risks and improve compliance, they do not guarantee regulatory compliance or eliminate all AI-related risks. You remain responsible for your own compliance obligations.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rotavision shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of our services.

Our total liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Rotavision in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rotavision, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

11. Term and Termination

These Terms remain in effect until terminated. We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any separate service agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and Rotavision regarding the use of our services.
