No. Sakshi is single-tenant and runs in your environment. We never see your evidence and could not hand it over if compelled. Personal identifiers are tokenized before anything is stored.
Where you deploy it, and it stays there. India residency is the default. The deployment model is the privacy model.
Yes. The chain recomputes every hash on demand, so anyone can confirm integrity independently. Tamper with a single field and the chain says exactly where. See the architecture.
Regulatory
RBI model risk management, the DPDP Act, SEBI Regulation 16C, and IRDAI, encoded as clause maps and scored against your live evidence. Adding an instrument is adding a map, not rebuilding the product. See Regulatory evidence.
