The five minutes that matter

An agent changes. Nobody declared it. Sakshi notices.

The demo carries a real worked example on the chain, not a screenshot tour. A guided walk-through starts automatically when you land, and you can retake it any time.

01 · certify

Fit for production

An agent is scored against evidence it already holds - formal envelope lint, verified identity, eval gates on the confidence-interval lower bound, red-team ceiling, fairness screens - and the result is signed and mapped to the clause it satisfies.

02 · witness

Every decision, on the record

Open a live decision and recompute its hash chain in the browser. Identifiers are tokenized before they are ever recorded, so the evidence is defensible without holding the data.

03 · detect

The swap nobody logged

One agent quietly moves from a rules model to an undeclared LLM. No error appears in any log. A behavioural fingerprint catches the shift, and classifies it as silent rather than declared because no governance event explains it.

04 · prove

The pack a regulator reads

Generate a signed evidence pack mapped clause by clause to the RBI model risk draft, SEBI Reg 16C, the IRDAI framework and DPDP - and see the readiness score that says what is missing.

What you can and cannot do

The demo is the inspector's view

You get the role we built for auditors: see everything, change nothing. It is the same login a bank would hand an examiner, which is rather the point.

You can

Read the full agent registry, every decision and its chain proof, fairness and red-team results, incident reports, Guardian watches, readiness scores, and every signed evidence pack. Download the packs and verify the signatures yourself.

You cannot

Publish an autonomy envelope, suspend an agent, resolve a review or declare an incident. Those are governance actions, and they belong to your own data - which is what a private sandbox is for.

The data

Entirely synthetic. The loan, card, securities and claims agents, the customers, the identifiers - all generated. No customer of ours appears in it, and nothing you see came from a real institution.
