We have been showing Sakshi over screen shares for months. It works, but it is the wrong medium. You cannot feel what a tamper-evident decision chain is by watching someone else scroll through one. You have to open a real decision record, change a field, and watch the chain refuse to verify.

So we built sandboxes. Starting today you can request your own Sakshi instance, in your browser, with no call and no sales deck.

What you actually get

Not a guided tour. A real, running Sakshi, seeded with synthetic data so there is something to govern from the first minute:

  • A fleet of agents already registered: a loan decision agent, a card authorization agent, a claims triage agent, and a few more. Each has an owner, an autonomy tier, and a published policy envelope.
  • 150 decisions already on the chain, PII tokenized, each one hashed onto the record before it. Recompute the chain yourself. Tamper with one field and watch it break.
  • The oversight queue, the fairness screens, the readiness score against RBI and DPDP, and the kill switch. All wired to real (synthetic) data, not screenshots.

It is the same software we run in production, on a single-tenant instance that is yours alone.

How it works

You give us a work email and your organization. We send you a link to confirm the address. Click it, and a minute or two later a second email arrives with your own sandbox URL and a temporary password. That is the whole flow. No meeting required.

Behind that link we mint you an isolated instance: its own database, its own identity realm, its own containers, on its own subdomain. When your time is up, it is torn down and the data is gone.

The honest bits

Everything in a sandbox is synthetic. The Aadhaar numbers, the names, the loan applications, none of it is real, and none of your data goes near it. That is deliberate. A sandbox is for seeing how governance behaves, not for running your book.

It is also temporary. Sandboxes expire after a few days and clean up after themselves. Need longer? Ask, and we will extend it. Want to run Sakshi against your own agents instead of ours? That is a different conversation, and one we are glad to have.

Who this is for

If you are an engineer wondering whether “witness every decision” is a real capability or a slide, open a sandbox and go break the chain. If you sit in risk or compliance and want to picture what an examiner would actually see, generate an evidence pack and read it end to end. If you are just curious, that is fine too.
